Nowadays communication and teaching are utilized synonymously. Communication includes set computer-based learning, the internet and distance education. On the other hand, the purpose of teaching should be to train and condition the mind so that an individual may function successfully in a modern day context. Value education teaches balance, independence and leadership. A person, who succeeds correctly, is the individual who inspires various other to succeed. He appreciates others problems as well and explains to them tips on how to solve them. It should be appreciated that today's students happen to be future era, start from just where we all end. Learning implies controlling and employing past experience and acquiring knowledge from fresh experiences. Elements which have a bearing on learning happen to be motivation, reinforcement, feedback, participation and practice applicability, individual differences notion and sequencing of materials. Motivation, the main element for learning, refers to factors which increase/or decrease the energy source of activity.
